This lasagna will cure any cheesy craving! This is not a LOW sodium recipe but I use no salt added canned tomatoes, sauce and paste which reduces the sodium by about half! There is LOTS of reduced fat cheese to make this yummy no boil lasagna. Most of the sodium in this recipe comes from the cheese. Sometimes I use half the cheese to reduce the sodium and calories even more.
I split this up into 2 pans and freeze one of them for a second meal.
This makes 12 Large servings.
