150-Calorie Chocolate Mousse
Good 3.4/5
(37 ratings)

When I want chocolate mousse, only the real deal will do. This version is low in fat, but it's still creamy and rich. The hardest part is waiting for it to cool!

A light way to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Serving size may vary depending on the size of your popsicle tray.

You can also use an ice tray. Cover tray with plastic wrap or foil and poke toothpicks in.

This is my favorite summer treat! Just mix yogurt and juice concentrate into popsicle containers and pop 'em in the freezer, and you've got a sweet high-protein breakfast treat or afternoon snack. This recipe was calculated with frozen OJ concentrate, but you can use any flavor--my favorites are orange pineapple and rasberry.

Rhubarb Apple Popsicles
Very Good 4.7/5
(7 ratings)

So good and good for you too. All you need are three ingredients and you're set to go.

Basically you can use these in any combination. More apple sauce, more rhubarb, more sugar or add in some cinnamon or nutmeg depending on what you like.

For dietary needs this meets a bunch! Vegetarian, Low Fat, Low Sodium (high potassium) and Lactose Free.
