For those times when you just NEED something sweet, that is also nutritious. I used 2% milk instead of half & half to reduce calories, but either can be used.

This recipe is based on 'Lynne's Chocolate' from the cookbook. I love nuts so I increased the original 1 oz of crushed nuts to a cup of chopped almonds. This is very rich, so a little goes a long way.
