put all ingredients except water in food processor and process, add water to desired consistency, I add 1/4 cup at a time.

Very tasty vegetables and beans. The original recipe uses dried beans, but I didn't have time to soak and cook. I substituted the broccoli as I didn't have any brussel srouts.
