Cookbook creator says: Much better made with whole wheat pita bread crust. Frozen Birdseye Pepper Stir Fry veggies make it easy (thaw first). I used 1/2 c of low fat Mozzerella cheese and cooked it at higher heat (375-400) on tinfoil for 10 minutes. GREAT!!!!

Cookbook creator says: WW=5.Brine first and rinse. Pound to 1/2 inch. Cook on high in hot oil 2-3 min per side. (Not pounded? need to be same thickness:4-5 min per side) Crock pot: 1/2c broth or water, cook on low 5-6 hours. if frozen: on low 8-9 hours.Submitted by SORCHACULLEN
Cookbook creator says: WW=2.Good! Could add mushrooms. Corn good, Not really fajitas more like burritos. Drain tomatoes, but still soupy. Liquid would make it into great chicken chili. Use 2 cloves of garlic. For burrito: drain tomatoes in a sieve or with slotted spoon.Submitted by MACKIE2008
