One Egg Omelete with Kale
I wanted to make an omelete with Kale and a few more vegetables. Take one egg and scramble. On the side in a dish use a tablespoon of Kale, chop two mushrooms, tablespoon of green pepper and red pepper. Use a tablespoon of olive oil to coat the pan.
