Cookbook creator says: These are soooooo easy and delicious! They are wonderful to serve at a luncheon with a chicken salad stuffed tomato. They're equally just as good with a steak & baked potato. I sometimes eat leftover rollups for breakfast COLD! My entire family loves these!

Cookbook creator says: I am requested to make these at every potluck or family gathering. Cutting the burrito into 3 pieces makes them easier to serve. Serve with salsa and sour cream for toppings. My dish usually is the first to disappear. Note: 30 pieces = 150 calories each. Enjoy!

Cookbook creator says: So easy and so good. If you don't have heavy cream and parmesan cheese on hand, use 2-3 tbsp of Ragu Light Alfredo Sauce. Especially good with Chicken/Spinach sausage (sold at Sams). Just slice in small slices and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add last and toss with pasta & sauce to serve.
