The original recipe did not include the milk needed to mix the pudding as directed. This changes the nutritional value substantially, but it's well worth the extra calories!

This is a great emergency snack. I measure out 20 cupcake portions and end up with 22 calories and 2 carbs per serving. They set up nicely. They freeze nicely. They taste great

This is absolutely wonderful and low fat but doesn't taste like it. The lemon flavor is very rich and full and great for fresh blueberries just picked from the bushes. This recipe has been adapted from Kraft but changed to reflect low fat at 80 calories per serving rather then 160.
