I tend to cook from 'scratch' because the doctor told us if we didn't stick to a low sodium diet, I would be a widow. Prepackaged tends to be high sodium. So I learned how to cook all over again.

Nice salisbury steak in traditional tomato sauce. Very easily converted to brown gravy. Don't add the tomato paste and add some flour or corn starch to thicken the sauce in its place.
