I modified a terrific Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia recipe that I had found from AllRecipes for the HCG diet. The Grassini coating on the fish has a great crunchy texture and the sambal olek wet rub gives it a surprise kick. Two weeks into the diet, I started craving something starchy so I started experimenting with radishes. Radish has the texture similar to jicama. Although this dish only uses 5-6 radishes, it is very filling, and curbs the craving for a "potato'ey" texture and taste, while being extremely low in carbs.
