Gluten-light recipes

Created by a gluten sensitive person for those watching gluten intake. I do not have Celiacs, but too much gluten does trigger an inflammatory response in my system. I find that if I limit my gluten - I can avoid RA flares.

Cookbook creator says: Don't use store bought salad dressing. Make your own using 1T soy sauce, 1t rice wine vinegar, 1T fish sauce, 1 clove pressed garlic, 1T lime, red chile slices, cashews or peanuts, and sugar to taste.
