This is the most basic of the spreads. I love Chili's Southwestern Eggrolls. They have so much tasty stuff in them, but I hate the fact they are deep fried. I added more beans and corn and then put them in the broiler for crunch.
These are great made ahead of time and *frozen for a quick meal or a fun snack for the big game. I make a double batch so I can freeze some for later.

Also you can use panko crumbs for a crispier coating. Make these at least once before serving to company, as it takes a knack to get them to come out nice looking.
