Cookbook creator says: Wow, delicious. Very filling and full of fiber and some protein. I substituted lowfat buttermilk for milk, and wheat bran for oat bran. I used 2 medium braeburn apples (chopped well with my pampered chef hand chopper), and omitted the carrots. I will make these again and again!Submitted by KIMBERK24

Cookbook creator says: Nice and fluffy for bran muffins! I used 1 1/2 Cups of Light Brown sugar, Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, Kroger Bran Flakes Cereal. I baked them in regular sized muffin tins, and they were done in 15 minutes.Submitted by GAYENOBLE
