A low-fat and easy to prepare version of this favorite chicken entree.
This cake packs 12 grams of protein and only 13 carbs. I think its perfect for breakfast or to quench any sweet tooth.
If you want to change up the flavor,just change the fruit you add. I use mashed banana for banana bread, blueberries for a great blueberry muffin (just add 2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce), I have even done diced apples in place of the pumpkin. They are all so good. Enjoy!Submitted by DEBBS29
