6oz of greek nonfat yogurt-I used rasberry fruit on the bottom
1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
1 cup puffed rice cereal
Just mix it all together and enjoy. Very filling & you can be creative with your choice of yogurt, fruit, or cereal.
