PLEASE don't use dried herbs. Fresh herbs are a must for anyone learning to enjoy fresh healthy food.

A very tasty, sweet and fresh vegetarian stew high in protein and fibre. My dad is celiac so he loves this recipe to get some yummy carbs. Instead of lentils try substituting chick peas. The recipe makes a whopping 9 1-cup servings. Usually 2 servings will fill me up as a meal or I'll have 1 serving as a snack.
