This is a recipe that I found on Pinterest. I had just bought chicken thighs and needed something I could put together in the crockpot since it's so hot today. http://thelarsonlingo.blogspot.com/2011/05/easiest-dinner-ever.html. Keep in mind that I have had bariatric surgery so the 1/2 cup serving is actually a large serving for me.
