Quinoa mash

1-1.5 cups cooked. Cooled quinoa
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup butter beans
1 egg
1/4-1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 Avacado, mashed
Bit if crushed garlic
Pepper, red pepper to taste


Mix, make patties, and bake 350-10-15 minutes
These do not hold together real well, but make an excellent br
