Diet Soy flour Cake

When you choose to bake with the soy flour, remember to use a slow oven heat, because the flour gets brown very fast.
This cake remain soft even if it's completely cooled. The fruit can be substitute with pears, canned and dried peaches, strawberries... You can add chocolate chips and raisins to the batter before baking.
The soy flour is very high in protein and low in carbs, it has 1 gm fat.

This easy dish is such a delightful little dessert that is nearly guilt free.

Light sour cream can be substituted for whole fat or fat free. Fat free might curdle when mixed with the berries. Calorie count will vary.

Brown sugar can be substituted for 1/2 tsp splenda brown sugar for 10 less calories, and 2 less grams of sugar and offers similar, but not completely the same results.
