Panko Bread Crumbs add a wonderful crunchy coating to fish fillets that gives them a "deep fried" taste. Even fish haters like me love it and can learn to enjoy fish! ***NOTE: In light of the recent discussions about over fishing and the Spark article about "safe fish", I am removing the "Orange Roughy" from the title. I use Alaskan Halibut for my recipe now, but I leave the choice of fish up to each of you for yourselves. :-)

Be creative on this. Use any variety of pop and cake mix. I have made white cake with diet cherry pop and many other varieties. This i a recipe that is passed around all over weight watchers.

Editor's note: Use your favorite milk or yogurt in this recipe. Use ice cubes instead of water for a frozen treat.

Most of the smoothie recipes I've seen are for 3-6 servings. This is a good smoothie for just 1 person. It can be made with a stick blender instead of getting the big one dirty for just one drink!
