I can't take credit for this recipe, as it is originally from Weight Watchers Simply Delicious cookbook. I changed it slightly in that I use boneless/skinless chicken breast in favor of a bone-in variety. Personally, I prefer a little less vinegar and a tad more mustard, but you can play around with the recipe to your taste preference.Submitted by CHRSTINAG

This recipe is tweaked from one provided on the SkinnyTaste blog - I recommend checking out all of Gina's recipes. The recipe is from allrecipes.com, but I changed it to be more healthier. Used ground turkey and italian seasoning instead of italian sausage and whole wheat pasta instead of regular pasta and decreased the amt. of cheese used.Submitted by KELLILVN
