Put almonds in food processor. Whirl to butter consistency. You need 1 cup of almond butter.
Beat egg
Add almond butter, vanilla, baking soda, brown sugar, and pecans. Mix well.
Place on silicone mat or parchment paper.
Bake in 350 oven 8-12 minutes.
Let cool in pan 10 minutes.
Enjoy!
