Cookbook creator says: Not bad-- would make quite a tasty and filling meal on a cold Winter's evening. NOTE: Definitely make sure you use INSTANT brown rice otherwise you'll need to add another 2 or so cups of water and cook it for an additional 20-25 minutes!
