I love Mexican food but there is the salt issue. Canned enchilada sauce has a gazillion mg. of sodium. So I use a corn tortilla (taste better to me) and just 3 tbs. of canned sauce. I now have a recipe for the sauce. Will make a new recipe then. This is good in a pinch.Submitted by MSCAT3851
