Cookbook creator says: Very Good, we did use a very low fat ground sirloin though, it was lower calories and fat than the ground turkey. The 2TBSP of Worst. was wayyy too much. I think next time we may leave it out all together. I'll definitely make it again. I'll just need to tweak it a litle to suit our taste.
