Cookbook creator says: Excellent flavour - be sure not to over cook pork. Might have to pound pork first to make pieces even. Tip: remove pork from pan after 2 min on each side - thicken sauce and add pork back to pan to heat through. Serve with Sushi rice with pineapple.
