This makes a homestyle custard type macaroni and cheese. You can easily add extra vegetables (bell peppers, summer squash, and eggplant are all delicious) to give it a nutrition boost.

There's this salad at Buca Di Beppo and they use a dressing similar to this on their Apple Gorgonzola Salad. It's not right according to my boyfriend who works there, but i love it anyway. It's always better after a few days in the fridge. (ps, this isn't my recipe, i found in on the internet look for meemoskitchen on google)

My family loves mexican so I make a lot of mexican oreinted foods. I just threw this together to go with tacos, enchiladas, etc. Good way to get your veggies in. You can also add sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese. Just be sure to add in extra calories.

If you want a pretty health-conscious snack or side dish, pair with multigrain tortilla chips. Remember, you control how spicy it gets. Use no spicy chili peppers or get it as hot at as you want. I find serranos to cater my taste, but jalapenos, green or red chiles, or anything fresh will do!

These are a wonderful side dish to compliment any meal. They are crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. I use onion powder because I don't like the texture of real onion. Also I use dried herbs.

This is our family's favorite salad dressing - we have it over both leafy and chopped salads! Delicious as a marinade too! Nutritional information is calculated for approximately eight 2-tablespoon servings - your personal preference may be to use less - the flavors are quite strong and a little goes a long way!
