Nana Weezer's Harvard Beets a little healthier

I love Harvard Beets, but they have so much sugar, so I experimented with agave nectar and stevia and they seem to taste the same. I save the salt (Himalayan) for the end as not to oversalt. A lot less sugar and carbs.

Cookbook creator says: Instead of using sugar I used 2 teaspoons of agave nectar and three teaspoons of stevia, organic apple cider vinegar and Himalayan salt (added at end).
