This is a vegetarian version of a delicious recipe that I loved in the UK: curried chicken salad on toast. Make it vegan by substituting the mayo for nayonaise brand or another vegan mayo. Loads of protein and fiber, and you'll be getting fruit and veggies on this sandwich at the same time.

Kimchi's sour flavor goes away when it's broiled or barbecued. Serve this alongside bulgogi or other Korean barbecued meats. The kimchi gets really sweet and smoky. I can eat the entire pan by myself!

Sweet and savory, it is delicious for dinner or lunch with brown rice or couscous If you are using fresh pumpkin, save the seeds for toasted pumpkin seeds as a snack.

My family loves vegetable lasagna with white sauce and the stouffers brand is high in soduim and calories for such a small piece this is a recreated version I experimented with and when I hit it on the nose I had to share absolutely delicious
