We had an abundance of cherries and chicken and this happened one day in the kitchen. :) I also think that a serving is closer to half a piece of chicken but this recipe is based on a whole piece per person.

From adapted with olive oil and country crock instead of butter. Could use less of each or just one. I cook in cast iron and tend to need a little more. Juice of one lemon for less tangy flavor, two as written here.
