Add spice with red pepper flakes, chili powder, etc. Made vegetarian by omitting the chicken breast and replace the chicken broth with veggie broth. Recipe could also be made with beef or pork instead of chicken. Pre cut veggies in your grocers deli section and Rotisserie chicken make this recipe quick and easy.

Too tasty. Seriously. And way too easy to make. This chicken can be oven broiled or grilled, but the results are always fantastic. (I prefer broiling it...the spices make my kitchen smell soooo good!) I've also used this recipe for extra-firm (gluten free) tofu with great results!
