Cookbook creator says: used 1/2 can cr of chicken (reduced fat), 1/2 lite cream cheese block, 1/2 packet of italian dressing powder & 1/2 cup (or so) water. mixed all in crock pot & put 3 chicken breasts on top. Shredded chick when done & served on heaping pile of veggies. sauce is delish!
