This is a fabulous quick breakfast, two servings of fruit, two servings of dairy, try switching out the yogurt flavors (lemon gives a little zest!). Also add other frozen fruits like blueberries to up your intake!

There is a heavy dish similar to this that I love to eat at a popular Italian restaurant, so I wanted to make a lighter version at home. Using pre-cooked cubed chicken (frozen), this recipe takes about 15 minutes - total!
