This is my basic salad dressing recipe, taught to me by a good friend from France. You can change out the oil or vinegar type, add light mayo to make a creamier dressing, use sugar or Splenda instead of honey, add garlic or shallot to give it more of a bite, switch vinegar out for lemon or lime juice, etc. Basic and versatile.

This dressing turns my favorite greens into a meal. Maple syrup is not only full of calories it also contains necessary minerals, and the almonds are also very nutritious.
