This is my knockoff of the Spinach Feta Wrap that you can get at Starbuck's...but healthier. Grilling the tortilla makes it seem a lot more "guilty" than it is. This is an easy recipe full of flavor with low cholesterol and high protein.

My made up smoothie that is delicious & nutritious. FRS orange powder is a vitamin suppliment, you could substitute the orange powder and water for a cup of orange juice. The protein isolate is also a suppliment, you could use powdered milk to make the recipe creamier but it could also be eliminated. That would also make the smoothie quite a bit lower in calories.

Cookbook creator says: The stats on this recipe are off because oatmeal was not factored in. I will make this a one person meal by reducing the amount of oatmeal to 1/3 cup, keeping other ingredients the same. Also stirring the egg whites in with the oatmeal and cooking altogether.
