This is a very versatile recipe with substitutions that can make the cookies tastier or healthier, depending on the ingredients. The ingredients in the recipe are, in my opinion, the best combination of taste and nutrition. They can certainly be healthier or tastier, but that's up to you. You can make this healthier by using whole wheat flour and leaving out the chocolate chips. They have a very moist, fluffy texture.
