REMEMBER...THIS IS ACTUALLY LESS CALORIES BECAUSE YOU ARE ONLY SAVING THE LIQUID!

More cake than pie, I found this recipe in an old Kansas Cookbook I picked up before moving to the UK. This recipe most resembles a traditional English Eve's pudding.

This is a quick and easy treat that satisfies me when I start 'jonesing' for something sweet and filling. It takes about 5 minutes to put together. Again, I wouldn't suggest a steady diet of this but once in a while we need to indulge ourselves, don't you think?
