Cookbook creator says: My husband and I loved this recipe. I went ahead and added the suggestions of garlic powder, onions, sage, parsley,mushrooms and I used yellow mustard. Did not have the Dijon Mustard. It was very very good. Served it over some rice. Will make again!!!
