I modified the recipe on SP that was from the American Institute for Cancer Research. I just used whole wheat flour and took out the raisins and nuts and cut down the cooking time.

Cookbook creator says: Cut red pepper flakes in half, less pasta (try 6 oz), and sauce needs to be a bit thicker, maybe add 1/4 jar of a store spaghetti sauce. I think some mushrooms would be great too!!!

Cookbook creator says: Leftovers didn't taste so great, but it was good the day of. Reduce black pepper a tad - maybe 3/8 tsp. I used 1 can of green beans instead of frozen. I needed about 4 cups of water to cook the noodles, but I drained excess liquid once they were cooked.
