Cookbook creator says: I grind some FiberOne Cereal and Splenda then sprinkle it over the top. You can also use FiberOne as a substitute for Crust. The one snack size pb cup is actually lower cal, lower fat, and lower carb. I used skim milk, reduced fat peanut butter, nonfat cool whip and sugar free pudding.
