This fresh and tangy cucumber dill sauce uses non-fat plain yogurt to give it a creamy taste and texture. It can be eaten as a side dish with grilled chicken or as a topping on a gyro or pita sandwich!!!! Submitted by MISSJCISRUNNING
I make a variation of this each time, but this is my favorite combo so far. I have also tried filling with rice, chicken, zucchini... whatever i happen to have. Filling without the shrimp and vegetables is just a basic jalapeno popper without breading. I have experimented with breading too, but it looks messier, takes longer, and is less healthy. (I almost never follow a recipe and do it differently each time, so take my measurements "with a grain of salt.")Submitted by KRSCOMP
This coleslaw is tasty & low in calories and fat. It's easy because I start with a bag of coleslaw mix that's ready to go! By substituting a large portion of the normal mayo with fat free plain yogurt, you keep all the yummi-ness with none of the guilt! I swapped the normal vinegar for tangy Dijon mustard, because I prefer the taste. I added sunflower seeds for an extra bit of crunch and nutrition!Submitted by BOBBIEGENN
