This is one of my favorite make-ahead grab-&-go meals. If you would rather make a casserole, use a 9x9 pan. Double the recipe if your whole family wants to indulge.

You can really make this your own. Use whatever cheeses or other ingredients you may have on hand. Also, brown rice would be a good addition. (I only had white rice when I made this.)
