This Hungarian dish is easy and delicious. The original recipe said it is for "4" but I found that depending on the size of your chicken it really makes enough for "6" or 3 days of meals or leftovers!

My mother-in-law passed this recipe down to my husband and I. She used Ground Beef instead but i prefer Ground Turkey. It is very nice on a cold evening.
Tinned Carrots can be added - be sure to add the calories though)

This pie will knock your socks off! I make it without pie crusts to save LOTS of calories! Recipe makes two pies, eight slices each. A nice Christmas alternative to yet another pumpkin pie! Better texture than pumpkin, and you only need three sweet potatoes for two pies!

I have discovered leeks--awesome and my stick blender--the world of soups is opening up!
Very tasty and low cal--you can have this with a salad or have a yogurt and blueberries for dessert--nice mid day meal on a cold day and quick to make.
