Yummy cooked with just a spritz of cooking spray & served hot with a sprinkle of artificial sweetener or my favorite, sugar reduced fruit spread. I mix up a batch on Sun evening & cook a serving for my breakfast every morning

Less than 70 calories per pancake, you can easily have two for breakfast and still have room for some turkey bacon or eggs! Almost 2g fiber and 4g protein per pancake as well! Good and good for you, cant beat the simplicity either.

Meatless-Or add chicken or shrimp. Can change vegetables to what you have on hand.

These cookies are best when they're warm right out of the oven. They're still good the next day, but they tend to get a bit crumbly.
