A great way to use up left-over rice sitting in the refrigerator! A few of the ingredients I've used here are not exactly 'traditional', but in the end it tastes wonderful! :) I've worded the ingredient list with generic measurements, but I also weighed my ingredients, and used those to calculate the nutritional information. Another great version of take out...but it's actually faster than waiting for delivery. Not to mention it's a fragment of the calories of take out. You will not miss the deep fried batter on your waistline!

Since traditional orange chicken is breaded and deep fried, I just use the sauce as a stir fry sauce and add a bunch of our favorite vegetables.
