Decadent recipe that is amazingly lower in calories and fat then you would think. Calorie count does not include whipped cream or ice cream.

Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes
Very Good 4.9/5

An Irish Car Bomb made into a dessert! St. Patty's day will never be the same!
Not exactly healthy or low calorie, but the best I could do to make an otherwise train-wreck recipe healthy and easy!

Light Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
Very Good 4.7/5

Very easy. This recipe has been around, I got it from my sister then adjusted ingredients to cut the calories quite a bit. Add whatevery you want to dress it up. I usually sprinkle a crushed candy bar or nuts on the top.

I added the calorie count as if you were going to eat the entire box of cake mix (not prepared, just the mix). Then I divided the whole calorie count into 24 servings, to get the calories for 24 pieces. Hope I did this right. It comes out to 87 calories a piece, which is pretty good for a piece of cake.
