Great recipe for a healthy but not always yummy food. I add lots of black pepper and a little grated parmesan cheese if I need a little extra calcium. Can be refridgerated and used as a snack or a side for up to week after cooking. PREP TIME CUT BY AT LEAST 20-25 MINUTES IF USE FROZEN SPROUTS, but fresh tastes better!Submitted by ANNIEMNM
If you are looking for something hot and savory this is it. A wintertime favorite with a few extras. This meal is great for the freezer or if like me you have a family to feed also.Submitted by ALASKANBLOSSOMS
This recipe is for 3 loaves of bread, 2 for the week and one to freeze. It is meant to be made with a stand mixer, but you don't need one. This has more good fat and fiber than most recipes.
This recipe is best for sandwiches, toast, french toast, dinner rolls, and sub rolls (adjust sizes).
This bread is dense, filling and good for you! You can add some wheat gluten to make it rise a little more and make it a little less dense.Submitted by WOMAN15R

This is a wonderful chicken and pasta dish. If you decide to make it and think the calories are a bit high you can cut the marinade recipe in half. The ingredients listed are double of what the original recipe called for.Submitted by ERIKABRINK
