Makes four servings

Really good way to satisfy your hearty meal craving without being too hearty on the calories and fat.

If you are really creative you can make this when you have leftover veggies and chicken!
**Add what ever 98% Fat Free Soup you like such as Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Celery, etc.
The sodium content on this is not with the low sodium soup I used. I will update it when I get a new can.

From the best cookbook ever, How to Cook Everything! I don't put my oven to 500 as the recipe instructs; my oven is a good 50 degrees too hot as it is and my fire alarm goes nuts at 400! The pitas just take a minute or two longer and they are no less yummy. Can be made with all white flour; 142 cals and 1.6 grams of fat.

Made up this reciept myself and is loaded with good protien and Vitamin A. Make these up ahead, wrap in wax paper and foil and freeze for later. UMMMMM
