Cookbook creator says: I added cumin and garlic powder to the meat. I also added chopped green onions, and cilantro, a little tomato and part of a jalepeno. I knew the calories would go up slightly, but I love veggies.

We love burgers in my house. When I was a kid there was a restaurant my parents took me to that had a Beef burger called the Popeye because they added chopped spinach. Years later I have reinvented it, increased the nutritional value and decreased the fat. We love spinach in my house and hope you will like our Popeye Burger.
