When the produce drawer is left with just midgesof leftovers veggies, new elbows and tuna give stuff you've been looking at for a week, a whole new taste. Enjoy a full 1/2 cup serving with crackers or up it to a cup with carrots for a full meal.

One of my favorite foods for lunch. prepare the tuna beforehand and pack in a small bowl. Baggy up te bagel and at lunch time put it together for a very filling meal.
